When Leif was a kid he got up early with their friends to go on kangaroo-hunting. He fell in love with a girl from the Pacific Ocean, and they kissed for peer pressure. In Canada Leif ran 12 km with little brother Bernt to buy their first Duran Duran-cassette for sharing.

World inspired him to write many songs. The songs were placed in a carton and the carton was with when Leif packed everything he owned in a car and drove to Oslo. Here he met the strange and beautiful people, who lit a spark in his soul and he began to record some of the tunes in his tiny studio that only has room for 2 synthesizers. Before the first song was finished people began to ask for copies.

Leif knew a boy who had drums. Leif and Rune from the band Kaizers Orchestra rose to the highest mountains of cross country skis. They talked about the Future - and the future was nearby, so Leif called a friend who had several synthezisere than himself. Kjartan who also plays with the Loch Ness Mouse took the analog synth's and gave the melodies lovely juices. The coolest boy with the coolest 12-string shoulder in Bergen was also included in the Future, and the band looked. Leif and the Future is in the studio and record songs while the snow falls lightly and autumn sneaks into the sweater.
