Lil' Wayne Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

And in here is where the heroine boil
And I also got a large pot of cigarette or you, that
Embalmment fluid illiterate are you?
That's OK man I got the medicine for you
I got, I got, I got the infediment for you
Got that vitamin D or UG for your shorty
One window to let the dawn in
Cause we hustle in this bitch midnight to morning
We dump in and pump out
I showed you this window for you to jump out
You on the backyard lawn where a nigga got the ganja growin'
No cats or dogs, rats or snakes, Sam's or Jakes
Round here its all gravy, ham and steak
Mama cookin' that up here have a plate
That's mama Carter she's a basket case
But I make sure her sandwich is a napkins straight

You pic with this picnic and I'm at your face
I say I'm at your throat, this was the carter slam the coke, go

Overall Meaning

The lyrics from Lil' Wayne's song Walk Out describe an environment in which the singer explores the usage of various drugs and mentions a woman that is with him as his "shorty." In the opening line, he talks about how their presence is in a room where they must be making some heroine. Then he mentions having a large pot of cigarette or weed, and that he has medicine for illiterate individuals that are not familiar with the embalming fluid, perhaps implying that he has knowledge of drugs and has healing knowledge in that area.

Moreover, the singer talks about being able to provide his "shorty" with "vitamin D" or "UG," which may also be in reference to drugs. The lyrics mention a window, which the singer suggests is meant for jumping out, potentially to escape something. He then describes an environment in which he grows ganja in the backyard lawn, and he mentions that the area is entirely safe and free of any kind of danger like cats, dogs, rats, snakes, or Sam's or Jakes, potentially implying that the place is a haven for drug dealers like himself.

However, despite this seemingly dangerous lifestyle, the singer emphasizes that his mother is around, and she cooks for everyone, including him and his guests. They have a picnic there, and he even supplies napkins for his mother's sandwich. He concludes the song with the line "this was the carter slam the coke, go," possibly pointing to some drug operations or transactions that had, or about to take place.

Top 10 album of all time - arguably the greatest album to ever come out of Louisiana;; and considering all the great artists Cash Money and NoLimit put out, thats saying something. Not saying all those other artist like Master P and Juvie didn't drop clasics, I'm just saying that Carter1 is probably the best, unless someone can prove me otherwise.
