Described as the “Kings of Different Cool” by nuskoolbreaks, and the “next big thing” by i-DJ magazine, Sheffield based M.I. Loki have quickly established themselves as a name to watch, with their unique blend of dub and breakbeat. Receiving a nomination for best breakthrough producers at the International breakbeat awards in 2008, and winning the category of Best Breakthrough label at the same awards (for their Tricksta imprint), they have performed all over the UK alongside such names as Aquasky, Si Begg, Elite Force, Freq Nasty, Reso, Shut Up and Dance and The Freestylers.
Heavily influenced by everything from Jungle, Hip Hop, House and Garage to Blue Note Jazz, Soul and even Classical, they released their first record, "Enthusiasm" back in May 2006. They have since continued to release uncompromising tracks through Tricksta and their remixes for such labels as Big Square, Supatronix, Bassrock and BiValve.
