With God's love and support, I have everything I need.

I know that only God can truly save me from my pain and struggles.

I recall times in my life where everything seemed chaotic and out of focus.

I struggled to distinguish between people who had my best interests at heart and those who didn't.

I sought comfort and guidance from a higher power.

It's difficult to find joy and purpose in life when you're emotionally numb and hurting.

It's difficult to seek help and guidance when you feel unworthy or lost.

So light is hard to find in the storm
Finding hope and light in dark times is challenging and rare.

How can I give love if my soul's been torn?
It's hard to love others when you're hurting and emotionally wounded.

I feel damaged and incomplete.

You call it a masterpiece
God sees my imperfections as something beautiful and valuable.

Now I can see how deep you are in love with me
I'm beginning to understand and accept the idea of unconditional love from God.

Quite honestly I can't love me how you love me
While I struggle to love and accept myself, I can recognize and appreciate the love I receive from God.

But obviously there's something that you want from me
I believe that God has a purpose for me and that I need to fulfill it.

I believe that God won't abandon me, even when things get tough.

I believe that while God has the power to do anything, they still care deeply for me.

My heart is crying out
I feel emotional and vulnerable in this moment.

Lord, please take control
I invite God to take an active role in my life and provide guidance and support.

And I'm seeing who I could be without you close to me
Without God's love and support, I realize that I might not be the best version of myself.

I can't recognize that person staring back at me
I feel lost and disconnected from myself without God's presence in my life.

And you see how my heart breaks from the choices I have made
God understands the pain and regret I feel from past mistakes.
