Matt Goss is the headliner at the world famous Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas alongside mega artists such as Celine Dion and Elton John. His show is produced by Pussycat Dolls’ creator Robin Antin and is a very contemporary reinvention of vintage Rat Pack Vegas featuring a dynamic blend of musical talent. Backed by a nine-piece band and the sexy “Dirty Virgins” dancers, Goss entertains guests with a production featuring a mix of his many past hits, songs from his new album, and popular old-school classics such as “I’ve Got the World on a String” and “Luck Be a Lady.”
Matt reached international fame as a singer in a band (Bros) with his brother Luke and friend Craig Logan. Bros enjoyed more than a decade of success and more than 17 million records sold worldwide. Their debut album “Push” went 7-times platinum, spawned 13 top-5 hits, and remained in the U.K. charts for 84 weeks. Their record-setting video surpassed the making of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and they went on to sell-out the iconic Wembley Arena for 15 consecutive nights.
In addition to his successful recording career, in 2005 Matt released his autobiography “More than you Know”, achieving best-seller status in the coveted London Sunday Times. He has gone on to focus on songwriting, including writing the theme for the smash FOX program “So You Think You Can Dance” and the hit song “Change Me” for Keri Hilson and Akon, which is featured on Hilson’s chart-topping album “In a Perfect World”. Matt’s song ”Lovely Las Vegas” is currently being used by NASCAR to support the 2011 campaign.
Matt currently lives in Los Angeles and was recently selected by LA Confidential Magazine as one of “LA’s Most Eligible Bachelors”.
He has just been named the sexiest man alive in Vegas by CBS news, and has also just finished an editorial piece for LA Confidential where he was profiled as one of six leading industry changers in Los Angeles.
He is now recording his much anticipated new album with legendary music producer Ron Fair, who has worked with artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, U2, Christina Aguilera and Mary J Blige to name just a few. Matt will be debuting some of these new recordings at one of his favorite venues, The Royal Albert Hall, in London on October 21 2011, followed by a prestigious “audience with” performance at the decadent Savoy Hotel in London on October 22.
Peace Of Mind
Matt Goss Lyrics

A chandelier in the wind, broken in parts
Why do I try to find the answer to the question
That was set by me?
A landscape over twenty years, where will I be
until then I'll try to find
I try to find my peace of mind
People learn by what people do
But the lesson's harder when it's learned by you
I close my eyes and visualise the things that I'll achieve
Like a tree in Autumn, that sheds all its leaves
Gathered up or blown away, but remembered within
Why are my fears as certain as the blossoms in spring?
That's why I try to find
I try to find my peace of mind
Turning through the pages of time
People learn by what people do
But the lesson's harder when it's learned by you
The wind blows, the heart knows, a change is near
Words of fate on paper, pulled by tears
To the gateways of Destiny, Oh please let me in
I can see a brighter day, so let my life begin
Until then I'll try to find
I try to find my peace of mind
Turning through the pages of time
People learn by what people do
But the lesson's harder when it's learned by you
In "Peace of Mind," Matt Goss reflects on the nature of time and how it can lead to thoughts of the past. He uses the metaphor of a chandelier broken in parts, suggesting that memories can be scattered and disconnected. Goss wonders why he seeks answers to questions he himself set, acknowledging the difficulty of facing one's mistakes. Looking ahead, he hopes to achieve great things and be remembered, but he is also fearful. Despite this, Goss is determined to find peace of mind, turning through the pages of time to learn from his own experience and that of others.
The song acknowledges the role of others in shaping one's life and the valuable lesson of learning from their actions. The lesson is even harder when learned through personal experience, as the consequences may be more profound. With the wind blowing and a change near, Goss hopes destiny will open its gateway to let him in, allowing him to begin a brighter future. Until this happens, he continues to seek peace of mind, looking to the past to guide his path.
