Currently a double songwriting and English major (secondary education minor) at Belmont University in Nashville, she was able to raise the money via Kickstarter to release her first official EP album in January 2012, entitled "All the Good Songs" after one of the tracks.
Her song "No Friend of Mine" attracted the attention of radio personality Billy Block and has been featured on his locals only show in Nashville on The Big 98 WSIX.
