It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas
Meredith Wilson Lyrics

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Everywhere you go
Take a look at the five and ten, it's glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes that glow
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in every store
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be
On your own front door
c pair of Hopalong boots and a pistol that shoots
Is the wish of Barney and Ben
Dolls that'll talk and will go for a walk
Is the hope of Janice and Jen
cnd Mom and Dad can hardly wait for school to start again
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Everywhere you go
There's a tree in the Grand Hotel, one in the park as well
It's the sturdy kind that doesn't mind the snow
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Soon the bells will start
cnd the thing that'll make 'em ring is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in every store
But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be

On your own front door
Sure, it's Christmas once more

Even though it is July you have to get in the holiday spirit

@MF-dz7cp

I played this song in band for Christmas and it's been stuck in my head for the whole year 🤣

@leo_Pop_03

Thank goodness I’ve found this exact piece, and as a senior from Jack Britt High School Band in Fayetteville NC, I have a really great piece at measure 43, since I play low woodwind instrument like a Baritone (Bari Sax). This part is really good with sousaphones, and all of this sudden, I still play all of saxophones and I mean, there are some really great moments with tenor saxophones along with the Trombone parts. This piece is so good to play and can’t wait to play it on December 10th winter concert!!!
