Formed from previous prominent Nottingham bands, Sinatra and Liberation Pact, the four piece have approached this project with experience and precision.

Named after the elephant man (Joseph Merrick), Merrick’s Tusk’s music features sincere heart-on-sleeve vocals, bold melodic guitars and a decisive rhythm section. Architects of intense contrast, the band regularly flirt with fragility and weight which follows the lyrical content and enhances their potency.

Sonder, Merrick’s Tusk debut EP, was self-released to critical acclaim in June 2014 and has lead to them supporting many awesome bands including Jonah Matranga, Cleft, More Than Conquerors, 100 Onces, Polymath, Wot Gorilla? and many more.
