Very interesting documentary, very much enjoyed it. The voiceover is very uninspiringly spoken and some of the background music is relentlessly downbeat and often repetitive, which is a shame, but the interviews and content are top notch. The spoof "sponsor a banker" charity-style animation at the end credits is absolutely brilliant too! "Just £395 will help George celebrate minor achievements with a magnum of Cristal champagne".

With regards to the content, though I agree with vast majority of it, at 1:57:07 there is a suggestion that a new monetary system could take the form of independent bodies (elected by the populace of the UK) deciding where money should be spent based on economic forecasts,. This potential system sounds dangerously like the "rational" systems implemented by the USSR in the mid 20th century, whereby the state planned what resources were needed and where money should be spent based on their economic forecasts gathered from the populace's needs. The state believed this could solve economic instability problems and provide the country with what it needed, however ultimately it led to an unsustainable and ultimately ridiculous economy that failed on many serious levels. Unfortunately, economic systems and the public's needs cannot be planned and run like a machine, things just don't work that way.

Perhaps such a system could work now however, especially with the lack of a totalitarian state and a democratic one (more or less) like the  one in the UK. I hope something positive can be achieved for us all, financially wise, a system that truly works for the vast majority of people. So many systems designed for society - communism, closed economies, capitalism, just don't benefit enough people in the long run.

It took me until my early 30s to understand how money works. Thanks to the internet. (And ignoring people's opinions).

The flow, creaton, and evaporation....
Since understanding this, I have not worked and "earnt more" than all of my younger years when I working my ass off...

I understand working for this paper is just propaganda to get you to consume...

Ignore the wants, focus on the must haves, to survive and you can thrive.

Invest your money so it works for you, saving it is a waste of time. This is all these debt issuers do! Play their game! Take risks with it, it's only paper !
#And yah I hodl hard money 💰 Btc, gold, silver etc... These are my savings accounts when there's no easy investment to make.

24:55 and 1:06:35 are the most important messages. If everyone understood these points we might be able to address the real issue, which is a global economy and money system that relies on debt for growth. "We can't grow the economy without growing the debt, and the debt is the very thing that will bring down the economy" - Ben Dyson

Very well done folks. Bravo. We need more of this kind of documentaries to awaken the public from the illusions and virtual realities that it has been led to and bring its consciousness to higher levels of understanding.
