It would be cool if they made a movie where a group of amateur teenagers(maybe like 5-6) sneak into the site with a video camera (the same style as cloverfield) as they go around the infected area and slowly you see maybe one or two of them getting attacked by the infected inhabitants and slowly watching their friend(s) turn into these creatures. and the ending can be either all of them end up becoming infected and remain the rest of their lives inside the infected area, the remaining survivors try to leave but encountered by the SCP staff and either forced back in or killed, or the ones who escape without being spotted end up carrying the disease infecting another area

This SCP kinda reminds me of this anime called Parasyte. Because SCP-610 takes over people's or other animals bodies and can split it's head to try to infect people similarly to the anime which is about paraytes who invade a human host and devour humans because they believe instinctively that the humans are a poison to Earth. Really cool story you should check it out.

I feel like someone should make an action / horror game with this. Basically, you're one of 3 members in a team, and you have to go down into a dark tunnel and terminate all signs of SCP-610. At the end of the mission, you could buy new equipment (like LMGs, flamethrowers, flame pistols, incendiary grenades, etc.) or upgrade equipment to get ready for the next mission. As you progress through the game, you have to fight bosses like the giant head or that sphere, for example.

Kaka Carrot Cake in most cases a very high heat napalm carpeting bombing might help, but only kill whats on the services. Since its inside, you'd need something much more effective. Perhaps if they can developed a highly aggressive anti-body/anti-virus to the infection might be one of the better options if its possible.

Just to put this out there, read the protect part of http://www.scp-wiki.net/about-the-scp-foundation. The foundation protects the SCPs until they can be understood so if they just suddenly reappear, they can be recontained easily. This is why this isn't just napalmed or carpet bombed.
