There's so much to give
There′s so much to share
And i'm thankful for
The people around me
The joy in the air
When i look back and see what i've been through
There′s so many reasons to be grateful
Let the voices scream loud
It's christmas time again
Elu agogo, elu agogo
Kere si me si, elu agogo
It′s the season to be grateful
Elu agogo
Its the season to be thankful oh
Yes oh, i wish you merry christmas
Every season we gather around
Just to celebrate (when we celebrate)
So excited surrounded by my family
And friends
It's time for us to party
I no go send nobody
Na my time to jolly
This na christmas holiday
Everybody come and join the party
This na christmas holiday
Elu agogo, elu agogo
Kere si me si, elu agogo
It′s the season to be grateful
Elu agogo, its the season to be thankful oh, yes oh, i wish you merry christmas
Elu agogo, its a reason to be thankful
Its the season to be grateful yeah
I wish you merry christmas
Noel, noel, noel
Born is the king of Israel
Noel, noel, noel, noel
Born is the king of Israel
Elu agogo, agogo
Elu agogo, agogo, gogo
The reason to be thankful for
I wish you merry christmas
Elu agogo
Elu agogo
Elu agogo
Its the season to be thankful for
Yes oh
I wish you merry Christmas.
In Mo'Cheddah's song Agogo, the artist expresses her gratitude for the people around her and the joyous season of Christmas. The song talks about the different reasons why people should be thankful and celebrate during this festive period. Mo'Cheddah mentions that she has been through a lot, and looking back, she realizes that she has so many reasons to be grateful. She highlights the importance of coming together with family and friends during Christmas to celebrate and create memorable moments.
The chorus of the song, "Elu agogo, elu agogo, Kere si me si, elu agogo," which means "ring the bell, ring the bell, make way for the bell," is a metaphor for the festive season, calling on people to celebrate, make noise and have fun. Mo'Cheddah emphasizes that it's time to let our voices scream loud and appreciate the people and things around us. The artist gives emphasis to living in the moment because it's her time to jolly and celebrate, urging everyone to join her.
Overall, Mo'Cheddah's Agogo is a euphoric proclamation of love, gratitude, and celebration in the spirit of Christmas. The artist uses the song to express her affection for her fans and reminds them to appreciate their loved ones while coming together to make memorable holiday memories.
