Miss Piggy is SO HILARIOUS there, all like,"PIGGY PUDDING?" And Gonzo:"NO! FIGGY pudding!" Miss Piggy:"Oh,WHEW!" Gonzo:"And BACON,TOO!" Piggy:"WHAT WAS THAT?!" We all know it's simply Gonzo's way of teasing her, of even making fun of Miss Piggy for being so "ignorant and naive" by thinking the lyrics could possibly be "piggy pudding, and bacon."
