Why is everyone saying the wife looks so much older or 'too old"... i think shes beautiful actualy and most likely a lot younger than everyone thinks. Other than that, im surprised at all these good low budget movies i find. I think theyre gonna be awful and cringey but they turn out so good. ❤

Great movie. Then the ending. A keystone kop sort of sequence; one scene funnier than the other. I love that narrow beach winding road chase. Truly a riot. But the characters were so engaging who minded a little humor? Loved it all; the truth. And it really got me away; almost like being on a secret hide a way.

It was one of those things where they seemed like a mismatch (he should have a trophy young blond on his arm, and she should be chasing kids and grandkids from one party to another). Yet it worked! She is so lovely and graceful and yes, youthful. And he proves not to be a dumb beach bum ocean surfer.

I hated when that giant pod ate the husband & wife at the end 😢. So heartbreaking. Just when they thought they were saved when they reached shore, the chasing pod grabbed them as they crawled over the sand. I had to turn away. I couldnt see the two characters I fell in love watching the movie with be devoured by that sea monster. The producers need to make a sequel to this movie but include an alternate end to this movie where the husband and wife decide to live on the island.
