I am a candy lover and these are very satisfying and I am so happy for the people who are able to make a living doing this with the times a lot of us are experiencing financially.
But watching this and realizing some people are just reselling mainstream market candy brands, makes me wonder if anyone has ever checked on the rights to the product and if reselling under your own brand name is legal? Anyone know?

@Paige Hanna Actually, there are tons of businesses that are literally just buying and reselling a product they didn't make. Look at walmart for example, or any grocery store. They are just businesses that buy and resell products? Most stores fall into this category. I don't really get why people think it's illegal? Amazon started off as an online store that buys and resells already made products (I realize they manufacture some stuff now), and nobody's claiming that's not a "real" business...
