Hey, i know that it's probably late and you can't sleep, so your scrolling through the comments. So here's an easy trick to go to sleep.
Put your phone down, close your eyes. Listen to the music, take 3 deep breaths. Forget what happened today, all the bad things, all the hard things. Clear your mind, calm yourself. Keep taking deep breaths.

Soothing Relaxation when are you going to post the longer version of this music? I usually listen to classical music to help relax me, I'm struggling with sleep deprivation so I'm looking to find more options to relax so I can sleep (better).
