Overall Meaning

These lyrics speak about the disillusionment towards government and the lack of trust in the media. The first line "let down once again" highlights how people have been let down by those in power before and are expecting to be let down again. "Tongues like razors conceal the truth" suggests that those in power are using words to manipulate the masses and hide the truth. "Fabricate a war in an attempt to keep the masses content" highlights how war can be used as a distraction from other problems that need to be addressed by the government. The lyrics suggest that people are skeptical of what the government says and that their statistics may not be accurate, hence "you say we're doing everything statistics tell a different story". The final line "this system has failed" suggests that the current system of government and media is not working and has brought us to a point where we have everything to lose.

@AlwayzFresh

Last year I dominated my fantasy hockey league from start to finish. This year I wanted to have fun so I drafted the Giroux, Stutzle, and Tkachuk. I am in 9th place this year and it aint looking good. Giroux's reg3eression is to be expected, but my guy Tim has been a problematic let down. Here's to a massive second half for the Sens.

@TheBigfootsfeet

I had 2 picks in the first round of mine, I took a huge bet on Brady and he’s a good reason why I lost 7 straight weeks. I’m not able to cut him and no one will take him in a trade

@Metalblaze124

Honestly I don't think it's Korp. Marc nailed it, way too many bad turn overs etc

@lordaathras

Korpi has been fairly solid for the most part bailing out the team on their mistakes. All players make mistakes, but the ones Sens players make are glaringly bad. When it rains, it pours, and they cheat wayyy too many times for offense.

@bgone8854

Ottawa needs some mature players all young doesnt work.

@tonybleau6219

Sens and Sabres have all the talent they need but the culture needs a massive change.

They need a Tortorella to coach them. A proven winner who holds his players accountable.

@jordanstreib3898

Berube, what about Dean Evason?
Both I think would be good

Everyone wants these old time players/charecter guys like Lowry,Laughton,Jenner,Wilson or tough hard hitting Dman like Gudas.

@steverobinson8771

Gauthier is gonna get the fat end of Philly hospitality, I should imagine 🤣

@benchow8851

imo it might be a situation where all the young kids got their money long term and they're just sitting on their contracts...

@stuffnsuch631

Worthwhile trading korposlo for Campbell? Just for a change?
