@Bricker Johnson following religions tends to define people's realities within what you seem to consider as narrow constructs. That is, if you are telling him to take the next step toward finding your god.
It's quite humbling to recognize there are things we can probably never know, or to recognize that we haven't quite found the answers yet. A narrow construct does not include being skeptical and continuing to ask questions even after people think they found the answers.
There is more and more evidence mounting to prove that there was an advanced ancient civilization on this planet here before us.
Mainstream archeologist try to make sense of all of these "history redefining" discoveries within the narrow constructs of what they believe to be the correct history of humanity.
Start researching ancient lost technology and the real age of the pyramids of Giza. And amazing sites like the city of Petra, or Gobekli Tepe, or the Serapeum of Saqqara Egypt.
Open your mind and start asking questions. Free yourself from the shackles of your narrow construct defining religion.
We don't have all of the answers yet, so keep informing yourself.
