Exactly what I needed to see. I have a 4" surgical wound in my abdomen starting from just below my navel going down because of open surgery appendectomy. It's been 30 days since then it it's sad to say, its going to leave a scar. Its pinkish, itchy, and ugly. I feel like ive been deformed.

Don't let anyone make you feel ugly/feel like shit for it. Those who do are just ignorant, that surgery probably saved your life. Don't kick yourself down for it either, we heal and it becomes part of our history and who we are. I've come to forget about my scar on my hand most of the time, you'll keep on living without thinking about it too much either I'm sure.

Dude, you have no ideas how this video helping me. I have the same wound right now, got it 20 days ago, 16 stitches, and it’s hurts like hell to move my fingers and wrist. i am a pianist, and i actually cried a lot thinking that i might never be able to play again. But you made me think otherwise.
Can you please tell me, were you doing any exercises to stretch tendons, and did it hurt or i should be concerned?

thank you so much for your reply! I visited doctor a few days after my comment, and I followed everything you and specialist said. Currently, I already can move my wrist a little(still painful), but my fingers can move almost as easily as they did! Except my thumb, my next goal is to be able to touch my pinkie :) I want to share with you, that I started playing piano again a few days ago! My left arm can’t play more than 2-3 keys, but still! Also, found a new passion, now I’m playing drums with one hand, and I’m doing pretty well! Thank you so much for your help, for you it could be just a little response, but for me it means sure a lot, and i will always remember this. Thinking that I’m not alone with such injury, and that I can see by myself it’s not permanent, helped me to not just give up! I Wish you only the best, stay safe man, you’re awesome
