She self-released two EPs, Dark Beach EP and Shadows EP, before signing to 80s Ladies Records for the release of her debut full-length album, Abyss. The album was released on March 10, 2015 digitally and as a limited edition CD available on Bandcamp.

On February 17, 2017, PASTEL GHOST released the single "Possession." This was followed by two more singles, "Mercury" and "3NDL3SS" released on August 31 and September 27, 2018, respectively. These songs were then featured on her second studio album Ethereality, released on October 5, 2018, through Cleopatra Records.

Overall Meaning

The first two lines of Pastel Ghost's song TRANSLUCID express longing and intense desire for someone. The singer indicates that when they dream of the person they desire, there is no one else that matters. The second line use a metaphor - "Silent as a tomb" - to further intensify the emotion of desire. When the singer is with this person, the world around them falls silent. The use of the word 'tomb' also implies a sense of danger, which in turn generates fear and arousal. The third line deepens the expressiveness of the lyrics, as it describes feeling the person's breath in a dream state, unable to physically touch them. But then, in contrast, the fourth line tells us that the singer's kiss is "translucid," meaning easily seen through or transparent.
