In an attempt to ease my mind, I tried to move some items around but ended up causing more trouble for myself.

Metaphorically, I find myself lost and hurt in a place I don’t feel comfortable in, which is impeding my ability to move forward.

Despite everything that’s happened, I still don’t feel put off by things and I’m willing to keep moving forward.

As I lay down to sleep the night
As the day comes to an end, I’m left feeling exhausted and unsure about what the future holds.

I gave a call to the crisis line
In a moment of desperation, I reached out for help from anyone who was willing to listen.
