Back from the future. These guitars are far to under rated. The guys that owned the company were an eighties shred band.
The pick ups are made completely different than most low end guitars.
Being Korean made when Korea was coming on as a guitar builder . Everybody always talks about the great quality of Korean guitars.
The pick ups and pick guard have slightly different dimensions.
But as they are good even the 5way switch is very sturdy and we'll made.
This is the eighties now, not everything was CNC machined so more hand work.
I find them very very under rated, but I know the secret collectors are out there buying them up , very low prices.
Then the magazine's get nostalgic and talk them up , every. Key goes looking and those secret buyers are like ,I knew they were under rated when they were a $100. Guitar.
Find one ( getting hard to find ) keep it play it . The neck is a surprisingly great neck. The wood has settled down , it's a lot of fun for the money and will never go below what you pay for them.

Great Playing. I just got one of these Phantom guitars with the string-thru Floyd Rose III bridge. It's dark green-blue version.
@techniqueswithtodd
Thanks ! Love these guitars ! Congrats on getting one :)
@renegadesmith7
I still have mine, which was my first electric that I bought back in the 80's. I've changed the pickups but, other than that, it's still the same guitar. I used it for all of the songs on my up and coming album..... (Refusing To Remain Silent)
@renegadesmith7
For the record, their headstock is by far, the best looking!
@renegadesmith7
I also blocked out the tremolo.....
@techniqueswithtodd
It was a fun guitar to be sure :) I ended up putting it back in the wild on Ebay as I found a guy that just had to have it. I hope to run across another :)

Awesome playing man. I recently bought a Phantom Guitar myselft, the Rythm Master. Everything is stock, mint condition, awesome looks and sound. Amazing what you can find in a pawn shop :p
@techniqueswithtodd
Alberto núñez Congrats!! They are seriously under rated guitars IMHO! They play great, sound great, and they don't break the bank. I"m looking for another one ;)
