We are Phone Calls From Home. We play music with the intention of helping people. We have found that a lot of bands have hopes of being rich and famous, or hope that they can play their instrument as a career. We have higher hopes than that. We want to use any fame or success we get to influence people in a positive way. Teens today have a hard time growing up. They struggle with boredom, depression, peer pressure, their parents, and themselves. They look for happiness in any outlet they can find and try too hard to fit in. We want to make it easier for them by giving them someone they can relate to and understand. Through our music, our advice, and our lives, we want to teach our fans to be happier and help them find more purpose in life.
That’s Phone Calls From Home. That is what we are about. If you agree with what we are doing, support us: come to shows, and be a fan. If you don’t agree, be a fan of the music anyway. Either way, smile. It’s your life, be happy and be who you want to be.

Call on the phone
Is it too late to talk this over with you?
They tell me that it's okay to be out of line,
To make mistakes
To lie and say, I'll be fine without you
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
I'll try to move on without you.
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
I lost your trust, I broke your heart
Two kids in love, cursed from the start
Is this false hope?
I can't decide
But I just can't let you go
Honestly imagine what we could be
Could you bare to let me go?
Could you live without me now?
I need to know
Could you bare to let me go?
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
Try to move on without you
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
I'll try to move on without you.
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
I'll take back every word
Let's go back to where we were before
In love
Take me back
We'll find the way, I lost track
I'm ready to change for you
For good.
Take the fall, forget you
Try to move on without you
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
I'll try to move on without you.
Oh, oh, oh.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
Try to move on without you
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
I'll try to move on without you.
Oh, oh.
I can't let go.
How am I gonna take the fall, forget you?
Try to move on without you
Oh, oh.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
The lyrics of "Forget You" by Phone Calls From Home depict a struggle in trying to overcome heartbreak and move on from a relationship that has ended. The singer reflects on their mistakes and lost trust that resulted in the demise of the relationship. The song portrays a sense of longing and desperation to fix things and make amends but also a sense of resignation that perhaps it's too late. The chorus captures this emotional turmoil with the repetition of the line "How am I gonna take the fall, forget you? Try to move on without you. Oh, oh. I can't let go."
The lyrics also touch on the theme of false hope and uncertainty, as the singer questions whether they still have a chance with their former lover or if it's time to let go. The line "Is this false hope? I can't decide. But I just can't let you go" highlights this inner conflict. The song ends with a plea for forgiveness and a willingness to change for the better, with the lines "Take me back. We'll find the way, I lost track. I'm ready to change for you. For good."
All in all, "Forget You" is a heart-wrenching ballad that captures the pain, regret, and desperation that comes with the end of a relationship, and the struggle to move on and find closure.
