I swear this tune is from 1990.....tune tells the story of 1991 in the UK dance music scene perfectly:starts off very nice and light-hearted,like the happy epic commercial sound of dance from January to July 1991;then you have the bit in the middle where something is brewing,like August 91,then the dark sound kicks in ,which reminds me of the rave/hardcore invasion of Sept to Oct 1991.

Thanks for posting this top tune! Brings back so many memories of bug nights in Manc, Stoke, Blackpool, Coventry....but especially of the upstairs in Konspiracy in Manc...Salford's room...shady as fuck but brilliant. If my daughter went somehere like that these days, I'd be fuckin worried!

Don't mess about this was the TUNE the first time I heard this was in the Eclipse Cov back in the day Sasha dropped it on more than one occasion but the first time should have been picked up on the richter scale! +Massimo “Casuals” Osti Maybe in your corner, but I see a few that would disagree. One person is singing this...me. Pin up girls was a way to make the artist invisible, so you don't have to pay the person. I sang and participated in the writing and this. I was smart enough to document this. Tony Srock has kept me in the loop and he can do wrong in my eyes. For this I am greatful. I have a bunch of girlfriends who did vocals for house stuff just to be discarded and not paid a dime. Mean while the D-Jays run all over the globe touring and and snatching some drunk chick up on the platform to wiggle and pantomime like they had anything to do with the production. Go find the Pin Up Girls Massimo, I'd like to meet them.

+Bridgett Grace I'm sorry that happened to you I honestly am its just the first time I ever heard it was as the Pin Up girls and has remained my fav. Yes a few people do disagree with me like I said it was the first time hearing it as the Pin Up Girls. The classic by Shades of Rhythm Sounds of Eden when it first came out no recognition was given to Joanna or Joanne for her vocal input. It's very nice to know who sang it as you say I couldn't find out who the pin up girls were if I tried to. Aren't you THE Pin up Girl. I don't agree with what has happened with the vocalists and them being disregarded but to some artists that's how they worked back then. I have quite an old compilation CD with The Pin Up Girls - take me away and on the inlay card it reads The Pin Up Girls aka true faith with final cut written by mills/grace/stock so that tells me True Faith were the Pin Up Girls to begin with
