Too many people will inexplicably die who were very healthy prior to catching it, and everyone who lives through it will go nuts, vacationing, changing careers and starting seriously cross things off their bucket list. A zillion people will have a new alcohol addiction that they won't be able to shake, and others will return to their childhood religion with serious intent. Actually, it will be almost a copy of what happened after WWI. Europeans will come to America, and Americans will move to Europe...politicians will institute hundreds of reforms that won't stick, and eventually there will be a depression worldwide. Before that, though, everyone will go Disneyland.

Made the same point in my post because most just think of it as an Action Movie. It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I finally realized this myself as I was watching the 3D Version. It didn’t take me long to realize that it was one of the best Slasher Movies that people don’t realize is a Slasher Flick. Definitely watch the 3D if you haven’t.

Sunshine was and still is one of the best sci-fi movies out there!!! It really does justice to the psychological impact of humans in space without getting all hell and demons from another dimension territory. Love how they included a psychologist on the mission crew - mental health needs maintenance just as physical health.

If anyone went into watching Titanic expecting anything other than it turning into a disaster movie, then I they can't be helped. I don't know how you can say it was an unexpected turn. It's like when me and my girlfriend were sitting in the theater opening weekend and her saying to me "I can't wait to see how they show the ship sink" and this girl in front of us turning around and loudly complaining that she spoiled the ending.

Sounds like there should be a Part 2 of this list. I would add:

-"Wall-E", which goes from a mostly silent comedy about a robot in a wasteland to a romantic comedy to a cautionary tale about environmentalism and staying healthy.
-"The Keeping Hours", which turns from a supernatural horror movie to a tearjerking family drama film
-"Synchronic", which turns from a crime drama about drug overdoses to a time-travel action film

I'm sure there are others too.

They make poor quality videos as enjoyable the clips are nothing else they bring gives any creative value to the video granted at times it's better then silence in-between clips but still would much rather see less and better videos that are enjoyable through and through then have thousands of videos to watch but only care to sit through a 1/4 of the video

I had seen commercials, probably dozens for From Dusk till Dawn. I had zero clue about the switch up. But when it happened while I was watching in the theater, I turned to see if anyone else was surprised but no one was, I guess they got the memo. But one other movie that did a 180 was Million Dollar Baby, I had assumed it was a movie like Rocky, an underdog making it big or at least making something of themselves. I was not prepared for the plot twist. My jaw had dropped and stayed there for quite some time.
