I do agree too often these people that are sexual abuse at an early age over a long period of time are broken beyond repair. However, it doesn't mean they are not held accountable for their actions. I am sure these sexual abuser were also abused and repeating the cycle. None of them get a victim card when they get pleasure harming others. The victim card is use too often to make excuses for the damage they cause others from their own child abuse and trauma. Good she got 125 years in prison.

Same here... I would never harm another nor use that as excuse to be an evil person toward anyone.... I'll say this I didnt have to hurt anyone or him justice wasnt served but karma was, the cowards karma came after him 5 or so yrs later he was driving a tractor trailer got in an accident where he was decapitated and the nasty hand he used GRAB me and to touch me with was cut completely off. I am in no way glorified about the sicko death ..but I'll say when I got the call, I felt a huge weight lifted off me bc I KNEW FOR A FACT the buzzard wouldn't be able to hurt anyone else. I was only 14 at the time of being hurt and around 19/20 when I got the call and all of it changed me MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY. I get so sick of hearing about how a person's PAST upbringing or what they went through as a kid is the reason they committed murder,rape ,molestation or whatever heinous crime they did,a person's past should not be the reason to murder or do crime.Take that shit out on the one who did you wrong in the past. I think what played a big part in her sentencing is that they had a video of the man’s last seconds her on earth begging his killer his baby’s mother and her response was cold. While her daughter was there. Then her own mother took the stand against her. Usually the moms cry’s for her child’s life moves the judge a lil and they my go easy but not in this case. I would be sad and upset hearing that man asking let me hold my daughter and her saying no and watching him die. How evil. No concern for his life or her daughters. But we are supposed to feel for her up bringing 🙄

It’s almost as if the judge wanted to draw attention to the case in sentencing. These domestic incidents happen all the time in this country.

The question is what was the judges motivation for this sentencing and what other rulings has the judge delivered such heavy sentences for?

When we see excessive responses to crimes, we should look into the details of not only the case but the ones with authority issuing the punishment as well.

If the McMichaels father/son duo don’t get something comparable to this sentence for killing Ahmaud it’s going to be hard to accept.

Pac West I agree with your statement. Most killers are cold blooded. Our judicial system is flawed though. Consider Hakeem Tucker from Milwaukee who killed the mother of his child in front of the child. He also shot the victims father who also saw his daughter die while pleading for her families life during the night of terror her family endured.

He (Tucker) received a 35 year sentence for the murder and an additional 15 for shooting her father. I didn’t know about Tucker before replying to you, I did a quick search using the key words “killers mother/father kills mother/father of their child sentencing”.

So by comparison this judge was sending a message with this woman’s sentencing...and why?

My hypothesis is it’s timing, due to MSM programming and the image that’s projected with POC, but I haven’t considered how to test my theory because an interview with the judges would need to be conducted to even form a baseline for the test. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just got through finish watching that episode on Fatal Attraction. That shit did something too me when she killed him in front of his child. That was an accident. I know a guy that killled a man on purpose and intentionally set out to killl him in a drive by shooting and he only got ten years for intentionally purposely killling him not an accident or mistake or nothing like that. That is like saying if someone family member is coming in there house and they mistake them for an intruder they should get life in jail because that has actually happened before. Mistakes can happen. My mom even walked into the wrong apartment one day and she almost had a heart attack and thought someone broke into our apartment it scared her so bad and terrified tell she realized she was in the neighbors apartment lol It happened to my mom so I know it can happen and it scared her so bad she told me she thought someone broke into our apartment tell she realized I even have walked up to cars thinking it was mine trying to get in and mistaking someone else car for mine on accident before lol It can happen if you are tired stressed and got a lot on your mind not thinking straight or paying attention. I don't think she intentionally set out to go killl this dude and planned it I don't even think she knew him. I learned in life things can happen and people are not perfect humans and that yes sometimes others can lose their life.

Remember people words have power and meaning and they carefully chose to use them as a means to disparage her. I guess
referring to him as her child's father would have given him too much humanity and dignity. More white children are born out of wedlock annually than black children, yet you'll never hear them referred to as "baby's daddy". Ask yourself, Why?
