I intended to get a hug from my sp and his phone number. Yesterday both manifested. He asked for my number and gave me, not one, but two hugs. ❤️❤️ That’s the quickest manifestations I’ve ever gotten. I also intended for him to text me and what I wanted him to say and only a few minutes after that intention, he texted the exact words I imagined! I know they’re kinda silly and small manifestations for now but it’s definitely a sign to me that LOA really works!!

OK, a postscript - that turned out to be really therapeutic for me yesterday, to put my internal conflict into words...it was like cleaning the closet of my subconscious. I woke up this morning from the most wonderful dream I'd ever had about my SP. My conscious mind was struggling to see living in the end, so my non-conscious mind kicked in and made it happen. Like wow! If I can maintain that feeling, I'll be home free.

When I'm honest with myself, and go into the scene of the end, I see that there are less conscious parts of me that don't want what I say I want, and I'm trying to figure out what that's about. I've had to admit to having a LOT of self-sabotaging resistance, including BIG parts of me that are scared shitless to step out of my "known zone" as well as unwilling to throw off the assumptions by which the entire human collective appears to live. Hi! I've been following all the LOA stuff for about a year now. I watched many videos and read many articles about it and found myself completely lost in thousands of pieces of information. I tried to always be positive and always think positive, but now, at one year distance, I can tell I didn't manifest anything special. I really wanna believe in the law of attraction, but I need the help of someone telling me some simple excercises to start the ball rolling, since I wanted to return to basics. Please suggest me a few excercises keeping in mind that I've practically lost a whole year, so it's easy for me to give it up. So I manifested a text from my SP.. I really wanted him to text me when he was on his vacation but he never did. Then I decided it would be cool if he would text me right when he got home and he did today! I got butterflies like crazy too! lol I've been having a few instances where he would text me just when I wanted and I think your tips and advice have helped me. thanks! Still not 100 but I'll get there.

Chris Garrett yes to a degree though... like I manifested becoming a ICU nurse but I obviously had to take action and go to school to become a nurse. I just think using the mental diet made the whole experience so much more smooth sailing and everything always turned out in my favor. I specifically had wanted a position in the ICU as a new grad, which typically only happens if you graduate nursing school with honors and that’s exactly what I manifested. I used the mental diet to graduate with a 4.0 and was then able to get my dream job. I still had to take action, and for most things in life you will still need to take action... I just really believe that all the blocks will be removed for you as opposed to when you were not practicing the mental diet.

Maybe I had too much resistance to get anywhere with my sp but it’s been months of “manifesting” and I had to finally let them go. It hurts but this is the only way I can get my life back.

My new mental diet is “I’m okay with it without my sp” “I don’t need anyone to complete me”

Thank you for your comments but I really gave it a rest. The second part about my "new mental diet" was a joke lol. I simply told myself I was letting them go. It's only been one day and I honestly feel free already. The last couple months were hell because I couldn't stop clinging to hope. I truly don't care to be with them now though. Abandoning hope is like a quick path to healing.

It's not that I don't believe in LoA because I manifested a word for word imagined text from them the first night I learned about LoA, after weeks of no contact, so I definitely am a believer, but manifesting that made me very attached from then on. I just need a break now, so abandoning hope was the only way for me to achieve this. Something just clicked after I said "I'm moving on" and I really don't care to be with them at all anymore. I feel better this way, almost like I did before I got attached to them a few months ago.

It sounds like you keep looking at time and where is it your too focused on lack of you would be happy waiting on your manifesting because you’d be living in the end it’s already here then let go which doesn’t mean you stopped manifesting but you are focusing on loving yourself loving life and not obsessing over him that’s when miracles happen and things are always shifting for us even though we cannot see them or see anything is happening it’s what Neville calls passing the test keeping the faith

Hi Amanda, please do a video on "letting go" of your desire. I am frustrated with all the confusion out there about that. "Let go, drop it or it won't happen" is a prevalent teaching. Soooo how often can you think about it?? Trying to force yourself not to think about something you want isn't natural for me at all and doesn't feel good. So what do you think about this?? another question I have is what's gonna happen if 2 people intend for each other for example If I intend smb. to call me and that smb. intends I call him ? you said once the stronger intention wins but what if both of our intentions are strong. In any case, When I intend my friend to buy coffee for me I buy for her. She is not even into law of attraction so she probably does not intend anything consciously ... Sometimes when I am trying to manifest smth the opposite happens, the exact opposite. Recently I have been using affirmations like Opportunities for financial growth keep coming my way, guess what happened they reduced my salary :D Allow me to explain. I was receiving 30 bucks extra as longevity pay for 9 months, then they told me that I am not a 10-year employee so I do not qualify for getting that longevity pay, in fact, whatever I have already been paid must be adjusted and withdrawn from my paycheck. So as a result of this affirmations and intentions I got the exact opposite. Is it even possible? Why is that happening and what is happening really?

How would you compare intuition to manifestations. Thanks to you I've stepped up my manifestations "game." When I manifest something I get a feeling that it's happening or kinda make myself feel like has happened but when I know something intuitively or "get a gut feeling" the feeling is different. I know w my thoughts and mental diets I can intend to change the feeling however sometimes intuition tends to over power intentions. I'm gonna continue practicing mental diets by saying "my intentions always over power intuition" but what else can I do when I get that intuitive feeling if it's something " I've got a gut feeling about" and want to change it?

In my opinion, Intuition is insight. It helps to guide you and get you where you need or desire to go. I think intuition is always there to truly benefit you. I think working with your intuition is the way to go. Allowing it work with you rather than you against it helps you get what you want faster. My intuition has helped me and i see that intuition helps others too. Intuition is a guide. I manifest and use my intuition to the best of my ability. My intuition actually helps me get what I truly want (which includes my desired manifestations.) I also get my manifestation faster with intuition or in an even better way, like the best case scenario. Intuition also helps me get a clearer view of where I am in my situation or life. That's my take on the subject. :D

Lalala B. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself time and gradually bring the mental diet back in. Start saying I do create my reality, I can do this etc. Then become more specific when you’re feeling a bit more confident. Hope this helps, you can do it 😊

If everyone is us pushed out. Are we like creating the people who come in our lives totally completely from scratch. Like if I imagined a person with brown hair certain height interests. Is pushed out meaning like it finds that person out in world brings them to me....or just that I see in each person I meet what I want to see like how I want them to be too ..or did they not even exist til I imagined them and then it was "seen" by me in that dimension?
