On August 6, 2002, the band released their first full-length album entitled Hurry Up and Wait. The first single "I Feel Fine" became a quick success and was also featured in the 2002 movie Orange County. Additionally, the song "Pick Up the Pieces" was featured on the soundtrack for the video game ATV Offroad Fury 2, and in the movie Extreme Ops.
After touring heavily for two years, the band released their second album Stop the World on October 22, 2004. Unfortunately, this would mark the decline of the band. After touring for five years to support their two albums the band began to feel quite "burned out."
In August 2005, the band agreed to break up. Due to the quiet and sudden breakup of the band, most fans were unaware of the split. However the breakup was confirmed both on their official website and MySpace.
Following the break-up, Johnson formed the rock band New Disaster with Keel on drums. New Disaster released their first album mixed by Andy Johns and entitled Last Night Rites in February 2008 and then quickly released their follow up album Automanic in late 2009. Baker is currently working on a project entitled "Vegas Bomb", previously named "Twenty Questions" previously named "Clint's Junior Orchestra". Stroud formed Say Hello to the Angels, and is in the process of recording their debut album.
Baker also had a cameo appearance in the FOX hit TV show House. In addition, Paul Ebersold, the producer for two of the Riddlin' Kids' albums, helped to record the demos tracks for Baker's new project. Some of these songs may be part of the soundtrack for the new movie Weekend Junkies.
Blind
Riddlin' Kids Lyrics

I'd like to see her out the door.
But who the hell am I to whine
I've been a dick a million times.
Never thought you'd run,
Never thought you'd ever go away.
I know it's hard to take it.
But everything ain't right, see the light
And I don't know what to say
Yeah, yeah.
There's only one place you can hide.
Going through life with your blind leading the blind.
And there's a problem that you can't fight.
Problem will stop if you leave that b**** tonight.
One thing I can't forget about.
I'll slam the door on her way out.
And if she needs a little help I'll even pack her bags myself.
Never thought you'd run
Never thought you'd ever go away.
I know it's hard to take it.
But every thing ain't right, see the light
I don't know what to say.
And I don't know what to say
Yeah, yeah.
There's only one place you can hide.
Going through life with your blind leading the blind.
And there's a problem that you can't fight.
Problem will stop if you leave that b**** tonight.
There's only one place you can hide.
Going through life with your blind leading the blind.
And there's a problem that you can't fight.
Problem will stop if you leave that b**** tonight.
There's only one place you can hide.
There's only one place you can hide.
And there's a problem you can't fight.
Problem will stop if you leave that b**** tonight.
The lyrics to Riddlin' Kids's "Blind" appear to be about a difficult and potentially toxic relationship. The singer admits to having been a "dick a million times" and seems resigned to the fact that the other person may leave them. However, they also express a desire for the other person to leave, even offering to help pack their bags. The repetition of the lines "There's only one place you can hide" and "Going through life with your blind leading the blind" suggest that the relationship has become unhealthy and the other person may be choosing to ignore or overlook the problems in it. The use of the word "problem" implies that there is something fundamentally wrong with the relationship that needs to be addressed or ended.
The derogatory term used to describe the other person in the chorus is jarring and may be seen as problematic. However, it is important to note that the song was released in 2002 and the language used in music has evolved since then.
Overall, the song appears to be a warning about the dangers of staying in a problematic relationship, and the importance of recognizing and addressing or leaving that relationship.
