What to say & what to wear
The thought of having to prepare and choose what to wear, as well as having to make conversation, isn't appealing to me.

I'm making it clear that I don't enjoy going out and would rather stay home.

I know I cancel every time you try to hang out

I just need some space to be alone
I value my alone time and need it to recharge.
