Why was this amazing lady never given the recognition she deserved? Compare that America to the one we see now. I prefer the old one.

I played a few club shows in front of her, and she was always a real friendly headliner, unlike many these days. I got her a cocktail after we finished our set, she said “Thanks there sugar, you had a great set” and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I went back to our backstage area and told my guys about it, and they just busted a gut laughing at me. She was the real deal !

One of those people who should have had a HUGE success. She was the total package - great pipes, amazing sexual energy. Thanks for posting this!

These people are old friends of mine. Ruby and Grey Ghost. I used to travel to their shows all the time, and Ruby would always look out in the audience until she found me and my friends. After the show we would go backstage and visit with them. I had such aa crush on Marius Penczner. XD
She and Black Oak Arkansas, another great band would send me Christmas cards every year.
I loved both bands so much. They were all great people. They used to own a town called Oakdale,Arkansas. I still have post cards and all those Christmas cards.
(Jim Dandy, the lead singer of Black Oak gave me a hug once, and almost squished the life out of me! Hehe,.he gave great hugs).
I miss Ruby. She's long gone from this world. She was a tiny fireball, full of life. Her hair was huge too! Just like her personality.
Sorry,this just triggered my memories.

Hey,does anyone remember The Starwood nightclub,in LA? They used to play there a lot,and I worked there for a long time. That's where I met her.
