Originally forming in July 2008, Saturday Sunset quickly released a six track EP to local fans and were offered gigs around the local area. Unfortunately most of the band were away from the area concentrating on their education so after a few months the band split.
But only temporarily it seems. After jamming in May 2010 with a new drummer, and no university commitments, The band reformed and statred writing new material. A new drummer meant a new sound, and as a result Saturday Sunset are bolder, brasher and more extreme than ever before. Comprising of Matt Ladbrooke on vocals, Dean Ince on guitar/vocals and Mark Richardson on drums, the band will soon be ready to unleash their edgier sound to the live music scene.
"It's been a little while coming, but finally the first full-length album is here from Saturday Sunset, a band from Kent playing music best described as modern hard rock. And the wait was worth it, because the album's a belter." - Andy Beck, November 2010.
Debut full length album "Spots and Stripes" was released on November 15, 2010 and immediately got an outstanding review from Andy Beck, a fan of the Kent music scene. Dean Ince describes the album as "his best work yet" whilst local fans are praising the mixture of catchy hooks and hard hitting guitar riffs. The first single from the album "Credit Card Lifestyle" was reviewed by The Metal Gremlin of Wasted! Magazine and while it was not as positive as Andy Beck's review, he did go as far as saying if the band ironed out their flaws (mixing and vocals) they would go on to be a unique pop punk/indie act. He also commented favourably on the guitar parts and the overall feel of the song.
"Credit Card Lifestyle features a good selection of catchy guitars and palm muted power chord rhythms. The programmed drum parts fit in nicely and give a strong 'tap along' backbone" - Metal Gremlin, Wasted! Magazine (Issue 7, March 2011)
Having given out a fair amount of copies of the album to local fans, the band are ready to take their music to the streets and are preparing to play the material live.

The music and film industries are under the rule of lucifer, who is the master of masonry club.
Think about it, all their HITS are about lust and fornication and being stressed and depressed, wanting to be done by “life”.
None of them has meaning in their music.
Souls are either in the lusting and fornication sin, or depressed that they cannot live like this.
= we praising sins and living in these.
Time is clear to REPENT – BORN AGAIN – come out from BABYLON:
Matthew 9:13
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:7
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
Revelation 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

When I was young, I fell in love
We used to hold hands, man, that was enough (yeah)
Then we grew up, started to touch
Used to kiss underneath the light on the back of the bus (yeah)
Oh no, your daddy didn't like me much
And he didn't believe me when I said you were the one
Oh, every day she found a way out of the window to sneak out late
She used to meet me on the Eastside
In the city where the sun don't set
And every day you know that we ride
Through the backstreets of a blue Corvette
Baby, you know I just wanna leave tonight
We can go anywhere we want
Drive down to the coast, jump in the seat
Just take my hand and come with me, yeah
We can do anything if we put our minds to it
Take your whole life then you put a line through it
My love is yours if you're willing to take it
Give me your heart 'cause I ain't gonna break it
So come away, starting today
Start a new life, together in a different place
We know that love is how these ideas came to be
So baby, run away, away with me
Seventeen and we got a dream to have a family
A house and everything in between
And then, oh, suddenly we turned twenty-three
Now we got pressure for taking our life more seriously
We got our dead-end jobs and got bills to pay
Have old friends and know our enemies
Now I, I'm thinking back to when I was young
Back to the day when I was falling in love
He used to meet me on the Eastside
In the city where the sun don't set
And every day you know where we ride
Through the backstreets in a blue Corvette
And baby, you know I just wanna leave tonight
We can go anywhere we want
Drive down to the coast, jump in the seat
Just take my hand and come with me
Singing
We can do anything if we put our minds to it
Take your whole life then you put a line through it
My love is yours if you're willing to take it
Give me your heart 'cause I ain't gonna break it
So come away, starting today
Start a new life, together in a different place

So baby, run away with me
Run away, now
Run away, now
Run away, now
Run away, now
