What a nonsensical thing to say.

Do you even understand God's justice? It doesn't fit in our own little box.

God's justice is the only justice in existence that is righteous and just and as soon as we say its not, we become unlike any other fool ever in existence because to believe we have a better moral compass than that which gave us our moral compass is beyond idiocy and irrationality.

I am not God so cannot say for sure who out of those you speak of went to hell. What I can you for sure is that while they were alive, they had an equal opportunity to evade hell, it involves facing God directly, genuine Repentance and an acceptance of what Jesus done for them.

Many fools read thus and think that is a get out of jail free card, and the same fools don't understand nor accept Jesus for a start, so are unfit to have authority on the matter for they have no evidence of what it actually costs. It is not just words nor is it just talking to yourself and saying I'm sorry, nor is it just blindly saying I believe in God or Jesus.

We cannot fool God and the fact God says that the road to destruction is wide and many are those that go down it, narrow is the way to life and few are that find it. Tells me that most 0eoppe have a blind belief in God, an inaccurate perspective on what his words mean, and this is why murderers and rapists etc can say they are sorry, say they believe in God, etc and yet still end up in hell, because it was all in vain and not founded on the accurate truth of Jesus or belief in him, his word or what he done.

Then factor in how fucked up and messed up people need to be to do some of the horrible things they do, the more severe the crimes the more difficult it is to turn to God with a full heart because God is perfect and light, and people hate the light for it exposes their evil deeds, men prefer the darkness.

Its easy to look back at this with modern eyes . I was abused in the late 70s and early 80s as a young child here in ireland . There was no support or help for any victim of abuse . If you came forward It just was pushed under the rug . People tried to report jimmy savile both in hospitals and to the BBC . Nothing was done . That wasn't unusual back then . As an American, I've just found out in the past year or so about this horror story of a person. How appalling! It's bad enough he was a kiddie diddler, but that he also abused handicapped and incapacitated victims is beyond atrocious. And the BBC being in on the coverup is just like, WTF??? There's another way of looking at this: there are many people in society who are very strange, odd sense of humour, say slightly wierd things - as adults we learn to tolerate differences, far more so than younger people do. They pick up on differences immediately. The vast majority of these oddballs don't behave the way jimmy Saville did, so in accommodating our fellow human beings, we sometimes gloss over the oddness and this leads to us disregarding disturbing and potentially dangerous signs.

Thing is, this was considered pretty normal behavior for men back when this was filmed. The walk-on music is called "The Stripper" (used as an accompaniment to a striptease) and the camera lingers on her backside, so it's the entire interaction was set up to be between a lecherous man and a hot young woman. Savile was just doing what the audience and crew was expecting him to do.

If this was all Savile did, he would have just been one of dozens of male entertainers who often behaved highly inappropriately around young women, in public. After all, you've seen this exact type of interaction played for laughs on The Benny Hill Show from that era dozens of times. Assuming this clip had aired after 9pm, nobody would have even phoned in to the BBC to complain.

What makes Savile stand out from the crowd back then was the fact that he did this, and much much worse, with young children.

I was in the crowd one year while he was running the London marathon. As he came passed, a woman shouted “ Jimmy you dirty pervert” He reeled away and hid between his minders. I thought it was a strange reaction but now I know why he acted scared. He makes my skin crawl. Awful man.

I took a photo of him at the London Marathon, perhaps the very first one back in 1981, and he is running whilst surrounded by a large group of young boys aged around 10-14 years old running alongside him. I'm not suggesting that anything happened to those particular lads but just seeing how his stardom gave him access to his prey makes me feel queasy.

The BBC provided a gateway, for Savile and many more paedophiles, to obtain their victims, Esther Rantzen was the face off BBC childline show, she knew Savile was a predator, but just ignored the evidence and the numerous complaints about his behaviour. hypocrites and no one really was held to account, everyone of them when the news came out about Savile they all jumped crawled back to their shite holes and denied everything

He got away with all sorts of shit for decades then checked out just a few years before it all came to light. In the meantime, he hid in plain sight with moments like this that masqueraded as humour but in fact, very much fed his perversion. He must have laughed so much at how easy it was for him to con the world and pull this off. Cunning to the end, right down to the timing of his very timely departure. He certainly played a fucking blinder.

@@anneother6224 Essentially it's Savile brazenly directing a much younger person toward his groin in front of millions under the guise of humour, all the while knowing the reality of what he was getting away with far from the cameras in the dark, twisted caverns of his sordid private life. It's as if he's making a mockery of the world around him........and laughing as he gets away with it.

Smutty humour is fine. I loved Benny Hill and still do. This isn't particularly humorous though. No gag, no punchline, no slapstick. It's just awkward, uneasy and cringey.
While on the whole, there is nothing especially untoward happening, knowing what we do about Savile makes it difficult to digest because there's little doubt he's getting off here on being a perv, pretending to be a TV jester, pretending to be a perv.
The woman may have been a willing participant.....but if she knew the half of what Savile was into, I'm sure she would have been very unwilling.
Like Savile himself, for me the clip leaves a bad aftertaste.
