Sergio Vega "El Shaka" was influenced by Conjunto Primavera, Los Rieleros Del Norte, Los Huracanes Del Norte, Los Tigres Del Norte, Vicente Fernández, Antonio Aguilar, Joan Sebastian, Marco Antonio Solis y Los Bukis, Los Yonic's and Los Temerarios and he was a big fan of them before he died and before he was famous and before he was singer first el Shaka was singing Norteños and Corridos Music then later Banda, Norteño and Corridos. Before shortly he was he died from Los Angeles California and Mexico.

The lyrics of Sergio Vega’s song “Quién Es Usted” depict a man being accused of being a former lover who had adored and pleaded with the woman not to leave him, even sending her roses occasionally. However, he rebuttals saying that he does not remember any of it and feels nothing towards her. The woman then goes on to accuse him of being weak for her kisses and walking hand in hand together before he, once again, claims not to remember who she is, suggesting that her betrayal has erased her presence from his heart.
The song, therefore, highlights the pain of betrayal and loss of memories. We often tend to forget or erase the memories of people who have hurt us or have been taken away from us without warning.
