David Kittelson has utilized his gift of composition writing songs for Serotone. Even though his process is enjoyed by all members, the original song ideas have developed from the depths of David'smind. As the sole guitarist, David blends lead riffs with rhythm backing to create and maintain the drive of the music.
Like a well tuned machine, the vocals carry a powerful melody throughout the music. With a strong background in classical vocals, Jeff Scott adds emotional melody that holds the music together at the seams.
The solid foundation that lies beneath the guitar and vocals are the twisted yet fluid bass lines of Jon Manning. Using emotion over technicality, Jon's knowledge in improvisation builds a colorful and exciting basis to Serotone's sound.
Adding texture and movement to the music are the technical drum parts of Joe Diaz. From a jazz background Joe incorporates explosive rhythms with intense grooves to bone the four musical personalities.
