I wouldn’t say so, my friend!
- Blood reaper can be gained after only two weeks of playing by watching ads and getting achievements
- Lynx’s Claws are the easiest to get, they can be earned by defeating him on the Eclipse mode
- Only Composite sword is very hard to get, because it costs 500 gems, but since you can only purchase it closer to the end of the game, I assume that all you need to do is not spend your gems on anything unnecessary until you finally get there

Knives are kinda the best weapon in the game.
They're like Saw Cleaver in Bloodborne.

They don't do ALL things but they ABSOLUTELY MURDER ANYTHING with their speed and damage. (also strike viability: low slash, spinning slash, regular slash, super slash, they're all incredibly fast, with low slash being STUPIDLY long for it's speed) You can agress like 95% of the time not getting punished for it. (cuz the enemy gets absolutely overwhelmed and can do nothing at close range) And keeping that distance isn't hard, in some cases you can dash towards your opponent AND FUCKING FOLLOW UP with spinning slash.
I guess, there's nothing like knives in this game)

I'm an advocate for batons/morning star class of weapons. While these weapons aren't the coolest kids in the class, their ability to consistently deal head-hit damage is one of the best in the game.
You can beat A LOT of humanoid enemies in the game by spamming these weapons normal strike at a certain tempo, which guarantees 4-5 combos in the head. This nature also helps a lot in Disarming the enemies.

I like sais,good for defensive gameplay and fast too,i like to feint my opponents walking back and then using the special attack,they always land.
And personally,i don't like staffs because some attacks don't work very well.
