From their Myspace: 'Forming early March 2006, the boys started out with a clear passion and mindset to create an electrifying sound they could call their own and expose it to as many ears as possible.
Since their inception into the music world the band has seen great development in their writing, live performance and individual musicality. Bringing together all of their musical influences ranging from the classical period through to the musical concoctions of melody and harsh screams that are the new wave of bands sweeping the world today. The band has brought it all to the table and created a sound that's raw, emotionally charged, and powerful with ranging dynamics and diversity throughout.
In the band's short history they have made quite a name for themselves on stage. Maintaining that their many fans pay to come and see their shows for an entertaining live performance and not five musicians standing around playing music. The boys have always aimed to reproduce the energy of their music in their movement to create an electrifying realm on stage that leaves the audience breathless. after the ecstatic response they have received from their first E.P. "Where Joy Exists, Despair Beckons" the band has been subject to a growing fanbase stretching out from Australia. With their name starting to become familiar amongst the Australian music community, the future looks bright for Sienna Skies as they get closer to where they want to be in the music world.

Rated by Australia's most dominant Scene Press "Blunt Magazine" as "The band to look out for in 2011" as well as teaming up with U.S. Management company "Outerloop Management", It looks as though nothing can slow down this Sydney Six-Piece.
