Without your love
Solemite Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Temperatures raisin' now
My ears believe it
Before I hear the sound
The East Bay Allstars pump it up
We'll leave the haters in the dust
Now don't give in, don't give in
Turn this scene out
(turn this scene out)
Turn this scene out
(turn this scene out)
Turn this scene out
I can't go on without your love
I can't go on without your love
I can't go on without your love
Whoa-oh-whoa-oh-oh-oh
Whoa-oh-whoa-oh-oh-oh
The stars are risin'
Full of surprises now
The crowd is jumpin'
My pulse is thumpin' now
The East Bay Allstars take the floor
The crowd is screamin' out for more
The show begins, I'm thinkin'
We'll take your hand, and we will
Turn this scene out
(turn this scene out)
Turn this scene out
(turn this scene out)
Turn this scene out
I can't go on without your love

The lyrics of Solemite's "Without Your Love" depict the excitement of a summer event where the temperature is rising, the stars are out and the East Bay Allstars are pumping up the crowd. The singer can anticipate the energy of the audience before they even hear the sound. The song talks about how they can't go on without their love and that the summer is here to fully enjoy and turn the scene out. The lyrics are written in such a way to show that the energy of the audience and the performer are interconnected. The East Bay Allstars and the singer will take the crowd's hand and they will turn the scene out together.
The song is upbeat, energetic and has a motivational feel to it. It talks about the excitement of getting lost in the moment and needing the audience to fully enjoy it. It also has a romantic element, quite possibly talking about a significant other without whom the singer cannot go on. The chorus repeats thrice, with the use of synchronization and rhythm in the lyrics adding to the hype of the song.

Another great song that takes me back to the good ol' mid 90's. I loved both this and "That's As Close As I'll Get To Loving You."
