This song has been living rent-free in my mind since its release. I couldn't help but make an English translation for it. So, for anyone interested, here you go.
English Translation:

TRANSLATION NOTES:
1. He uses a lot of よ (yo), ねぇ/ね (ne), and other heavy emphasis (さ(sa), お願い(onegai), 愛してる(aishiteru) etc) to get his emotions across, so I chose to fill them in with things like "right!?" "wont you!?" "come on!" "hey" "yes" and "you understand!?"
2. Additionally, there are two English terms used: Halation and Saccade. They're surprisingly big words to use but I think they fit in a song like this. Halation is the white outer edge of a photo, so it could point at either a memory or a blinding white in anger. Saccade is a quick jerking movement (usually with the eyes), so the lyrics there most likely suggest quickly looking through photo memories, likely life memories (or relationship, if you see this song that way). I had to change saccade to saccadic to make it fit the text in English, but it's the same word regardless.
3. And uh, there's one part where he says 哀しみを愛してる which, the literal translation would be "Loving the sorrow," but the way he spaces it in how he says it makes me feel like it has a double meaning, so I went for the second meaning based on his spacing alone, separating the two into "The sorrow and the love" to emphasize "love" as he did (especially since he went for, you know, the biggest word in Japanese to mean love). I think this one line is conflicting itself, like a special type of anguish.
