The Cities Lyrics

Thraxx

Hey, how was your day?
My life is a game and I'm only down to play (okay)
Glocks like the ocean, separate your waves (wassup?)
Pull up at your crib and flick a cig' into your face (uh)
I need more patience (uh), I just wanna break shit (uh)
I just wanna hurt people, I don't like relations (okay)
I just wanna fuck things up that are nice (okay)
Open up the pit, I wanna ruin your life (oh, boy)
Ahh, take this
Fist will hit your window then I break it (okay)
Bustin' out your house like the Kool-Aid Man
Come and fuck with me, I don't got the patience (ha-ha)

All killer, no filler
Yeah, I'm acting crazy, I can't handle my liquor (okay)
All killer, no filler
Yeah, I wanna fuck, so bitch, come open my zipper (wassup?)

(Sleezy)
I'ma burn down your families whole house (ha)
Nut in that pussy, Plan B, hoe, drown (fuck outta here)
All black hoodie, hand me the four pound (doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo)
Block, skrt-skrt, can't see, slow down (skrt-skrt)
You get hit with the night stick (boom)
I'm in the pit with an ice pick (fuck outta here)
Got rich off a white brick (work)
Carve triple 6-6-6 on a right wrist (Sleezy)
King Kong, Godzilla (no no)
Slumber down your block in four-wheelers (skrt-skrt)
Pour liquor, more liquor (what?)
Heard you got them bricks, well, I'm a door kicker (boom-boom)

All killer, no filler
Yeah, I'm acting crazy, I can handle my liquor (okay)

All killer, no filler
Yeah, I wanna fuck, so bitch, come open my zipper (wassup?)

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of The Cities' song "Killer" depict a dark and provocative mindset, exploring themes of aggression, impulsivity, and a desire for destruction. The opening lines, "Hey, how was your day? My life is a game and I'm only down to play," suggest a detachment from reality and a willingness to engage in activities that may harm others. The reference to "Glocks like the ocean, separate your waves" implies a desire to create chaos and disrupt the stability of others' lives.

The lyrics continue to express a lack of patience and a craving to cause harm. The lines "I just wanna hurt people, I don't like relations" highlight a disdain for interpersonal connections and a preference for destructive behavior instead. This is further emphasized in the line "Open up the pit, I wanna ruin your life," which signifies a desire to bring chaos and upheaval to others' existence.

The second verse, performed by Sleezy, continues the theme of destruction and violence. The lyrics reflect a disregard for consequences and a glorification of criminal behavior. The lines "I'ma burn down your families whole house... Got rich off a white brick" illustrate a willingness to engage in extreme acts and a celebration of immoral actions. The references to the nightstick, ice pick, and carving "triple 6-6-6 on a right wrist" further contribute to the menacing tone and violent imagery portrayed throughout the song.

Overall, "Killer" explores the darker aspects of the human psyche, delving into the desire for chaos, destruction, and the rejection of societal norms.

Good movie! It's good because it's old. No swearing, no cussing, no nudity, no crazy music and good story, actors and director. I remember those days without the technology we have today, I was 38 years old. 10 minutes to trace a call and the detectives they had to work harder and use their brains. Now it only takes one second to trace a call and you can run but you can't hide (at least not for very long) In addition to that, Heather Locklear was a pretty girl! Thanks for the upload!

Yes no smutt, everything today has become disturbed and wicked, graphic, perverted it seems. Things I dont want to ever see. A good who done it is one thing, celebrating violence is another. Good post.

What a great 80's TV flick. Saw it when it first appeared, was so thrilled to find it on YouTube several years ago. Great thing about today as opposed to back then: you can watch something over & over ad infinitum, whereas, back then, you had to wait until it came back on cable channels - if you were lucky. YouTube used to have a lot of good movies you could watch for free in their entirety. Now that list of good movies has dwindled to just a few.

Yea it's called greed. And control. Get used to it.

I had this contraption called a VCR that I put these huge cartridges in and I could record the movie. I could even set it go start recording while I was at work and the TV didn't have to be on for the movie to be recorded and then I could watch it over and over.
