Our beliefs and faith are unique and amazing, and we dress in a way that reflects that

Our fashion sense goes beyond current trends, and reflects our passion for God and our ideals

though we not highly paid to perform,
We don't perform for the money, as we're not paid highly for our work

But we still perform on many stages, despite not being paid a lot for it

You can take away the stage and the studio booth,
Even if you take away our ability to perform or create music in the studio,

pull the label exec's and the loot they recoup
Even if you remove the label executives and the money they make from us,

That don't change what we slang we not your usual group
It won't change who we are as a group or our message.

We only jump for the Lord, so we don't jump through the hoops
We don't bend our message or ideals to fit in with what is popular, we hold fast to our beliefs.

I see the culture's distress, I got a lot to express
I can see that culture is struggling and I have a lot to say about it

It's just some things I had to get off my chest.
I needed to release some of the emotions and thoughts inside me.

But it's time to release the pressure, decrease the flesh cuz

We share important messages that reveal deep truths, while others might only focus on superficial things

But Christians we seek His Pleasure
As Christians, we try to follow God and make decisions that please Him.

When you see that this life is more than ice and rims and you ready to go
When you realize that life is about more than material possessions and you're ready to live a meaningful life

You can't hide your inner pride, and it's time to recognize who you truly are

We've been out of the spotlight for a bit, but we haven't stopped working hard

God was adding to what CM lacked,
God was helping us in areas where we needed improvement

now it's like Phil Jack and '02 Kobe and Shaq
We're now even better because of God's help, similar to how the Los Angeles Lakers were in 2002.

We've gotta view that's a minority like being black
Our perspective and beliefs often align with a minority group, much like being Black in society

But we've agreed to feed and lead the packs,
We've agreed to use our position and message to guide others towards God.

Hip hop's the key it's like some cheese to rats
Hip hop music is a powerful tool for sharing our message, and many people are drawn to it like mice to cheese

'cause the streets are raw, they all for, when they meet the lord
Because life on the streets is tough, people are more likely to be interested in God's message when they hear it.

'cause they meet their flaws and see defeat when they meet the Boss
When people realize their own faults and come to terms with their mistakes, they are more likely to accept God's help

It can be a frightening experience, like encountering a shark at the beach

God has many issues with the way we live our lives and He wants us to change

When we ignore God's message of peace and love, and instead pay attention to the commercialized parts of Easter, we're not living up to our potential or following God's plan.

Look at Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and find a way to move past your struggles and sadness

Acknowledge that you can't do everything on your own and you need God's guidance

It feels like popular culture is more focused on partying and material possessions than true happiness

There's no hugs, probably cause there's no drugs
People may not be getting the same warm, affectionate experiences because they're often replaced by drugs

And no mansion that's housing thugs
People don't necessarily find happiness in living in huge houses with questionable people

Here's the thing, it's an enigma thing
The true meaning of happiness and fulfillment is often hard to quantify or understand

Sometimes it feels like a Q-dog at a sigma thing
It can feel as though you're part of a select or exclusive group, like a member of a fraternity or sorority

We don't try to jig the thing
We aren't trying to manipulate or exploit the system in order to gain followers or fame

Cause one day we gonna reign in the same chains that the stigma brings
One day, our effort and dedication to our cause will pay off and will be rewarded for our hard work

Christ is the most important thing in our lives, and everything we do should reflect that. It's similar to the Wu-Tang Clan's 'C.R.E.A.M.' song
