Modern Life Is Goodish is absolutely brilliant. UKTV struck oil when they commissioned that. So pleased it's doing really well and is continuing on to at least four seasons. One of my favorite shows in years.
The Are You Dave Gorman shows captured a time in his life, and he did well not to flog it beyond its moment of glory. He actually has managed to shake it off as being his one and only niche, without disregarding it in the process.

Tracey Baker - I saw him a couple of years back in his live theatre show, which was basically Modern Life Is Goodish in all but name, and it was so good. Got to meet him afterwards and it struck me how genuine and pleasant a chap he seems to be.

97channel. Been lucky enough to see 2 episodes recorded for 2,3 and 4 series. Dave is brilliant with this show. Planning for the ad breaks so he is able to do 2 episodes a recording day is just a lovely.

Was going to leave a similar comment praising MLIGoodish, but saying how under appreciated and unwatched it seems to be compared to other comedy shows. I watch comedy of all sorts and MLIGoodish has some of the funniest moments that will make you genuinely laugh. People just don't give him a chance I think because he's not a glamorous show biz personality.

DG seems a proper good guy and there's probably some parallel universe where we went to the same school and are good mates but I've never liked any of his shows. (Actually Ive probably only seen the series that made him famous in it's entirety) Is there something wrong with me? Should I check out some more of his work? Any recommendations?

I've heard Robert say a few times that his cameras are super-duper HD....yet he uploads in low-res.........does he plan to sell these videos in HD or something?
