I've had to watch this so many times to take in all of the details... The Spamton Skeleton Key(gen) is one of my favorites, but I also love the spamton ads at one minute in, the way NEO spamton comes out of the darkness, the timing of every transition, every verse, and of course the choice of song itself!

Like, the quiet part of the song before it ramps back up for the end is the perfect time for his NEO transformation, and it makes that part so much cooler. And the stills at around 3 and a half minutes! The Discord refrence at the end! The smiling 3.5" disk! The pose at 2:55 when he has his arms out! The timing on when his eyes are blank or not! Even things like the way he points at the phone at two minutes in! His NEO body "booting up" at around two minutes and forty seconds, the glow of his eyes on the darkness of his face, it's all just... incredible.

And this is your FIRST fully animated project!?!? Heck, I haven't even mentioned how much I love your artstyle itself!! It's a delight every time I see such a unique style, it really makes me wish I could draw!!

A few of my friends are artists, and I never, ever get tired of seeing the ways they improve and learn and transform, the way their art goes from looking a bit wonky (but only in hindsight) to looking good and then looking /amazing,/ and the fun part is, every time they make progress the gap between where they started and where they've progressed to just grows!

I guess what I'm saying is- For your first fully animated project, this is FANTASTIC, and I cannot wait to see where you end up going from here!

As an animation student about to start her final year in her bachelor's degree, THIS SLAPS. The shot composition, Spamton's movement and flair you made to his design, story implementation and symbolism and SO MUCH MORE is just mwah FANTABULOUS.

(I genuinely will not stop watching the spin-smearing from 1:35. It's SO good and gives me WB-animation vibes a la animaniacs or Freakazoid)

GOD, the LoadedDisk ACTUALLY smiling in Kris hand, the sheer blackness as the phone rings before it flicks in and out of view as it gets louder, the shot of Spamton NEO holding Kris up and HIS string unintentionally looking like THEIR puppet string - I genuinely wanna take this to class and share with other uni mates to analyse the hell out of it.

Sure, it may not be perfect (in your eyes or mine), because if it were, I'd never watch this on loop forever. I've once heard that Excellence, not perfection, is what we should aim for. They're not the same thing - excellence allows for mistakes and future room to grow. It's a whole other fantastic level on its own.

You should be proud of yourself, my dude. Because this? This music video is EXCELLENT.

(Also your advertisement at the end a la spamton was genius and I love it)

This entire animation was INCREDIBLE and the details from 1:48 to 1:55 between the hard cuts of all the cool Spamton poses, then Spamton sliding into frame from underneath with the teacups in his eyes transitioning into Kris sitting in the TEACUPS ON THE WAY with the shadow of Spamton hiding as you transitioned to the Neo Spamton room for the first time WOW that was amazing!! All the love and care you put into this really shows and I think that's wonderful!! <3

A little thing I noticed and wanted to share:
The scene where Spammy gave Krissy the keygen was a little uncanny for me, and I finally got why.
Spamtons nose, specifically the shading technique. It's grafted/sketched (dunno how to say in english). It being shaded is not the weird thing, is the technique. From what I've seen, all other shading in this animation was done using colour to signify shadows, thus this tiny thing stands out more.

OK, noticed that there is another case of this type of shading around the 1:08 mark. Dunno how I missed that.

An animator who appreciates both Lemon Demon and Deltarune, making a Touch Tone Telephone animation THIS good!? Sign me up!
So much of this just works, Spamton literally pulling up the Deltarune wiki in a pop-up, him portraying the "space n@zis" as the ones controlling their strings, his general cartoony movement, him throwing Kris out of his shop and tossing the key at them, mini Spamtons coming out of his mouth and singing together as the chorus, his vibrating as he loads onto the disk, the way the disk smiles, the ringing dialphone tied to the bridge, how freaking terrifying he looks in his NEO form, the way the "I'm an expert" part (which portrays the singer's growing desperation to be taken seriously) timed with Spamton getting more desperate as he realizes he's still not free, the super dynamic way his attacks are portrayed, the end of the chorus being timed with Kris cutting the final wire and Spamton falling into the abyss, and the fact that most of the lyrics are lip synced!

The fluidity of Spamton's motions, the quick changes, the color design, the timing, it all fits the character in a way that's appealing and candy to the eye. I especially love where it's the zoom in on Spamton to show Kris on tea cups - everything about this feels so fresh and new in which few fan animations on Youtube are. 4 months was entirely worth it for the whole feel of this animation. This is one of my favorite Spamton animations ever. The animation is delightful, your designs and style are incredibly unique and polished, and gorgeously colored! I rewound a few parts just to watch them again because they were so well animated or beautiful to look at. I can tell months went into this, it really, really shows. The lip syncing, the colors, the effects, the planning- I can’t imagine how much work this must have taken. The backgrounds are phenomenal as well!

I like how a lot of Spamton animations/animatics I've seen strike different vibes for the guy, and I love this one VERY MUCH. I like his movement and energy a lot... and y'know, even though the lyrics may not fit for most of the time, it still gave me chills when I saw the various characters move their lips to the song.
Actually one part of the song that fits Spamton REALLY well is "you're the only person in the world who'd understand", because Spamton's struggles with freedom specifically are associated with puppeteering, which Kris has first-hand experience with. Funny how the conspiracy aspect of the song fits Jevil moreso than Spamton, y'know, after being contacted by a "strange man" he started saying things "that didn't make sence, but did not completely not make sence either", as Seam puts it, with describing the inhabitants of the world as pieces in a game.
Anyway, uh, really cool animation! I like it a lot, glad I stumbled upon it, subbing

Woah amazing animation, very well made and I can see the details on the characters and background very well done. 5 months well spent spent on this masterpiece even the song choice is nice. But seeing Susie and Ralsai in helping Kris and being apart of the animation makes this even better I love this animation and all the effort you put into it. You've done an outstanding job and would die to see more stuff like this! You've really earned a subscription! Hope to see more of this amazing stuff!

All Spamtons have such square heads, and here he has these gorgeous sharp cheeks. It goes well with his long arms and cartoon movements

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love this song, and I love Deltarune, so I'm already biased towards it, but even removing that, my GOD. The animation is so smooth and pretty! My favorite part has got to be the NEO fight with the still frames used to accentuate. Great work!

I love how his lipsyncing seems so fluid despite you sticking to his permanent mouth shape instead of stylizing it like a lot of artists do (no shade to those artists whatsoever! Stylizing is fun and also makes things easier LOL) and thus only really being able to move his mouth up and down. I also love how fucking gremlin he is. And the part with the teacups. I love all of this.

This is freakin awesome! The visual style and choreography. Its nice seeing finished and thoroughly processed works, but its even better to see raw unfiltered works. So much more personality and feel. It totally works towards Spamton as a character too.

honestly, this is really good. While it doesn't have the polish that some animation videos do, that works in its favor because of the style and the characters. Spamton is a very weird person, a washed up salesman who's desperate to regain control of his life, and the way he looks in the video is probably very close to how he would look if he wasn't a pixel art sprite. It's very manic and cartoony while still having a sharpness to it. Overall, I'd say this video does a very good job at capturing the essence of who Spamton is, and that makes it all the more fun to watch

Ok, so everyone has already pointed out how fluid the animation and how great your style is, so I'm gonna point out how much I love the camera angles, especially in the alleyway. Makes the space feel real.

I think my favorite part of this video is the period during the bridge, where Spamton's shrouded in darkness and still seemingly getting accustomed to his new body. Wandering the room and peering around as strings tighten and memories slowly return. Only then does he drop in on Kris to do his monologue. So good!

This animation, was flawless. The art style and song just fits Spamton so well. I literally was a ball of joy and giddiness again when I saw this. My love for Spamton had almost died and this brought it back to life. Not only that, but your outro was fantastic, showing off both his personality and just that you are a gifted animator. Well done and I will say, I wish I had found you earlier. This animation, inspires me and I will strive to begin animating my Deltarune AU right away.

I just wanted to say, that this was AMAZING.

I mean... well, some might argue about animation or your style, but everything just fits right in! "Real" events of Deltarune, lyrics of the song, how much atmosphere there is-- I don't think there was any better way to bring this vision to life? It just...has the vibe

Gosh, this animation has so many good ideas in it, between Spamton's movements from shot to shot, the story progression matching beautifully with the lyrics, his mouth forming on the empty disk, the whole Spamton Neo scene... this is awesome

I love how much of Spamton's story is written out in the animation. For example when he cuts his strings he wants the freedom that he can never have.

It’s like this song was made for spamton, it fits so perfectly. The teacup face there looks so cool and creepy, it goes by so fast but yet hard to miss. Great animation :]
