The lineup consists of Eric Heard (Vocals, Guitar), Dave Dagger (Lead Guitar), Chris Molinar (Bass) and Jason Boling (Drums).
The band formed under the name "Heard" in the Summer of 2010 after Dave responded to an ad Eric placed on Craig's List searching for a guitarist and bass player. Dave Dagger and Chris Molinar approached Eric after an acoustic show he performed at Austin's MoMo's Club and the three decided to get together later that week to jam and work on some songs and see what happens.
The band debuted as a three piece with no drums on August 11, 2010 at MoMo's, a short three weeks after their first practice. The band later added drummer Ray Holland, who was later replaced by Jason Boling after Eric spotted him playing drums for The Suicide Pistols at a Battle of the Bands at Dirty Dog Bar in Austin, TX and recognized him from his days of playing drums for the Austin, TX band, Philo (now defunct). Eric and Jason had a mutual friend, Chris Kline (Miranda Lambert, Satellite, Alias Anything) who Eric contacted that night to get Jason's number. Initially, Eric and Jason were just doing some studio work together which was later scrapped to focus on newer songs. Jason played with the band as a fill in drummer in December of 2010 and later became a permanent member of the band after The Suicide Pistols disbanded.
In May of 2011, the band changed their name to The Heard Theorem and can currently be found playing various venues in Austin and San Antonio and is currently recording their debut EP.

It's obviously is not Cliff. But then he didn't say it. And this guy doesn't even get the pay-off right.

This is obviously not Cliff(John Ratzenberger) speaking. I saw that episode about the Buffalo Theory in one of the episodes on Cheers. Just because you did not see it or because you could not find that specific video in your(limited) internet search does not mean it never existed. You might want to subscribe to some internet source that plays "Cheers". There are a multitude of things that have existed that you have not seen in your lifetime. The same goes for me. That does not mean they never existed. If you are a Christian, you never saw Jesus but you have heard and read stories about HIM. There is only a vague description of Him in the Roman records. I guess, by your reasoning, Jesus never existed because there is no video of Him on the internet. No one is alive to bear witness to His existence. It is all "hear-say" and therefore not admissible in a court of law to be accepted as factual evidence.
BTW, I am not a "Bible toting" person. I just bring up Jesus as an example. There are a number of things I question in the Bible.
Remember that absence of tangible proof(that you cannot find) about something is not conclusive proof that something does not exist. You cannot conclusively prove that your great-great-great-great-great-great grandparents actually existed because no one alive now has seen them nor will you will most likely not find them in written records nor video of them on the internet but based on the experience of how you came into existence, they must have existed. The same is true for every other person on the planet about the existence of distant ancestor.
