stand still
The Isaacs Lyrics

You feel you're walkin' all alone but He is there, no doubt
When the storm around you rages, and you're tossed to and fro
When you're faced with life's decisions, not sure which way to go
Stand still and let God move
Standing still is hard to do
When you feel you have reached the end, He'll make a way for you
When the enemy surrounds you and the walls are closing in
When the tide is swiftly rising, and you wonder where He's been
Friend, there never was a moment that His arms weren't reaching out
You can rest assured and be secure, God is moving right now
Stand still and let God move
Standing still is hard to do
When you feel you have reached the end, He'll make a way for you
Stand still and let God move
When you feel you have reached the end, He'll make a way for you
Stand still and let God move
The answer will come, but only in His time
Stand still and let God move
Stand still and let God move, ooh
The song "Stand Still" by The Isaacs is a call to trust in God's plan and guidance during life's trials and tribulations. The lyrics explain that although we may feel alone or unsure of where to go, God is always present and working in our lives. The first verse begins by acknowledging that God has a plan, even if we cannot see it, and that He is there despite our doubts. The following lines reference life's storms and decisions, and encourage listeners to stand still and let God guide them.
The second verse speaks to moments when we feel surrounded or overwhelmed by life's challenges. It reminds us that God is always reaching out and that we can find security in His presence. The chorus repeats the line "Stand still and let God move," emphasizing the importance of trusting in God's timing and plan. The final lines acknowledge that answers may come slowly, but our faith in God will always lead us in the right direction.

on I Said I'll Go
The time is close at hand for the fulfillment of prophecy in Revelations. God asks his children to "take the cross of Jesus into the world and begin gathering the harvest of God's children before it's too late (almost night). He asks his children to stand up for Christ with those who do not believe, and our eternal freedom with Him is at stake. If we do not listen or answer the call He will let the world break us until we realize we cannot do it alone.
Then like all good Fathers, He pick us up and leads us on the path He has prepared for us.
