On July 2015 The Kolors embarked on their sold out tour throughout Italy and, on September, they played at EXPO Milan for an audience of more than 11.000, had a nomination as Best Italian Act for MTV EUROPEAN MUSIC AWARDS, and made it on the front cover of ROLLING STONE Italian issue. In 2016 the band won several awards and, in the same year, The Kolors played 2 sold out events, in Rome and Milan, and were picked by THE1975 as support act for their show in Rome.
The Kolors spent the last year between Milan, London and Los Angeles working on new sounds, and 2017 is the right year for an eager return.
I'M SORRY

I told you lies and I didn't care
I wasn't ready for the things we shared
It's time to break up when you feel this way
But time goes by time goes by
You wanna know why you wanna know why
You're missing the time she was at your side
I'm sorry, yeah
Baby I'm sorry
I already tried to fill the void you're leaving
It's hard to figure out you're gone
I know you're trying to cancel me from
The life you're living now but
I want you to know
The reason why I've been away too long
I want you to know
The pangs of conscience took me
Here to tell you
I'm sorry
Baby I'm sorry
I'm sorry
'Cause tonight you're alright
And you're not by my side
I'm sorry
I'm sorry
There are some days when I think I can make it
Then it's hard to figure out you're gone
And then I find myself running away from
The lies I keep on telling
I want you to know
The reason why I've been away too long
But I want you to know
The pangs of conscience took me
Here to tell you
I'm sorry
Baby I'm sorry
I'm sorry
'Cause tonight you're alright
And you're not by my side
It's the wait to let you know
It's the wait to let you know
Know I'm sorry
Baby I'm sorry
I'm sorry
'Cause tonight you're alright
And you're not by my side
I'm sorry
I'm sorry
The lyrics of The Kolors's song I'm Sorry talks about regret and remorse for not treating someone you love as they deserved. The song starts with the confession of the singer that he received love from someone but failed to reciprocate it. He lied and was not prepared for a relationship, and as a result, it is time to end things. The chorus repeats the phrase "I'm sorry," conveying the importance of apologizing for the mistakes that were made.
As time goes by, the singer realizes the magnitude of his actions and the value of the time he spent with the person he pushed away. He wishes he could go back in time and tell her that he is sorry. He admits to attempting to fill the void she left, and it is hard for him to accept that she is not in his life anymore. In the bridge, the singer acknowledges that he is still not over the person he hurt and that it is challenging to move on.
Overall, the song is a heartfelt apology from someone who let go of love and recognizes their mistake. The lyrics show that the singer has a significant amount of regret and wants to make amends for the damage done.
