Just saw this case on Fear Thy Neighbor. I actually clapped and cheered when this happened. Those two disgusting and entitled bullies victimized Jeffrey for YEARS beforehand. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the second worst case I'd seen - the first being where the woman was murdered and cannibalized by her neighbor's snake.

How bad is it that you can't even go outside and tend to your property in PEACE? The property you've put blood, sweat, and tears into? NOT EVEN HIM SPECIFICALLY GOING BACK TO RETRIEVE A WEAPON was enough? It was never going to stop.

Just saw this story on the show 'Fear Thy Neighbor.' Not sure why the lady said that couple was like family because in that story the entire street said that they were intimated, irritated and afraid of that couple who was killed. Person after person gave testimony of how loud, obnoxious and rude they both were all of the time over any little thing. At any rate, I have to concur with the sentiment of the other comments. There is only so long you can kick a hurt dog before he finally bites you. If there is anyone I feel sorry for its the vet who tried to live peaceably but thanks to that couple, could not.

What a terrible couple. You shovel your snow and place it in your neighbors yard. You call him names, you taunt him. You promise to make his life a living hell. He pulls out a gun and you even dare him to shoot. Even AFTER he shoots you, you're still making vile comments at the man. Some people just absolutely have to learn the hard way. I remember seeing this a couple of years ago and involuntarily shouting "Yess!" when he opened up on them. Ive known people like them and i knew exactly how he felt. I periodically have to look this up now and then when i am angry. What a weird post. You pray for him not to become like his parents. You don't know how his parents were with him. We don't know the full history of neighbor relationships, but let's say they were not good neighbors, it doesn't mean that they were not good parents. This child will be traumatized forever by that event, he won't ever recover from it, ever. I wish (because I'm atheist I won't pray), but you can believe that my wish is worth a prayer, that this child finds the strength to make his tremendous pain more bearable (because it won't go away).

I’m not on here to cause any issues and I know this was last year. What this man did was very wrong and shouldn’t have acted that way. That being said, I’m from PA, my mom worked with someone who knew the couple. They always bullied this man, in anyway possible that they could. They would not leave him alone. Especially the wife. He shoots her in the face and she still sits up to mouth back off. Again, I am not justifying what he did. Sometimes people hit their limit and this man was clearly struggling with his own demons and did not need these people harassing and bullying him every day as they did. He killed them and then himself. That really says a lot.

Then you should've read more. The dead couple had a young disabled daughter that they were taking care of. They had placed their lives on hold to take care of her. Now since they were taken, that disabled young girl is all on her own and from the local articles Ive read, doing horribly both mentally and physically with nobody to care for her.

Just watched this story on Fear Thy Neighbor. This couple provided this man. He kept turning the check. But the couple was out of control. I'm not condoning murder. I just watched this episode on Fear Thy Neighbor. The couple were ruthless bullies to everyone in the neighborhood including Jeffrey who was a veteran and probably suffered from PTSD. In my opinion, Jeffrey did the neighborhood a service. It's just sad that he took his own life.

Be kind to your neighbors. Should never have happened. If you’re in the wrong just say sorry. During the snowstorms here in New Jersey I’ve while doing my sidewalk decided on a few occasions to go all the way to my neighbor’s driveway. Instead of a gun he rang my doorbell to tell me a happy thank you for going that. Be kind people.

I don't understand why adult people would act this way. Our neighbor Stanley shoveled our sidewalk because he knows my mom died and my dad is older and later that day when my brother got here he used his snow blower on another neighbor's sidewalk and driveway to help her because she lives alone. Nobody asks for help here everyone just helps because they're good people. I can't even imagine living near such horrible people I see on this video.

his wife died of cancer, & his mother had passed also. This couple was known as the neighborhood bullies. Not sure what they expected from taunting a veteran with ptsd.
They threw firecrackers at his house, got his parking spot taken away, called him awful derogatory names, put their hands on him, literally made his home unlivable for a long time.
It wasn't just the snow that caused this. This couple was evil.

It was a long neighbour feud, the couple I would go as far to say were bullying this man. Leading up to this they purposely put snow on his yard and mocked his dead wife who died not too long ago. Okay yes this happened but the story that they're not telling is that this man is a veteran who had recently lost his wife. These people were continuously making his life hell for months. Everyone has a breaking point. I'm not saying that this was okay by any means, I'm just saying that they pushed him and pushed him until he snapped. Honestly, the other neighbors talked about them and said that they were known for bullying the other neighbors as well. They all said that they wouldn't really be missed. So before you blame this completely on the gunman, you have to look at the backstory. They drove him to this point. They're not as innocent as they seem.

Funny we didn't see the kid out shoveling snow. There was something ongoing that was not told. We saw the encounter and thank you for posting it. More people need to be aware that their neighbors aren't who they seem to be.
