The Shadows are the hard rock icon of Nepal and they scream “Hard Work & Dedication & Hard Rock” all over. This new generation rock band first surprised the Nepali music industry by being the first hard rock band from Narayangadh, Chitwan. Then they awed us by ditching love songs and creating their lyrics based on real life struggles and stories. They recorded their first album “Suno Hamro Awaz” 6 years later jamming as band. Despite their vocalist leaving the group, The Shadows quickly got back up on their feet with the new vocalist Swapnil and they started working for a second album. The band revealed their true capacity and raised their bars. The passion to remain unique and leave behind foot marks is truly noticeable in their second album “Hidne Manche Ladcha”. With tracks like “Hidne Manche Ladcha”, “Ma”, “Prakriti”, “Dharma”, and “Bhatkeko Kotha” The Shadows continued to rock to the top of the chart. They were awarded for the best band, best music and best performance in the year 2006.
