The band is currently comprised of vocalistLucy Wilson, her brother Jack Wilson on bass and backing vocals, drummer Lizzie Dynon, guitarist Alister Self and keyboardist Will Bracks. The band formed in 2014, and released a three-track demo in the same year. The following year they released their first album 'The Sugarcanes'.

During the next year, they played multiple festivals around Australia, including the much acclaimed Meredith Music festival.

They have now released a brand new single 'Wish it would rain'(march 2018) and will be releasing their Sophomore album 'Songs for Modern Lovers' later on in 2018.
