I really want to see a continuation of Gary kings story, even if it isn't official. Be kinda cool to see what he would do...

Some Cynical Asshole

@Nick Did you not see the entire film where they repeatedly fought in a confined space, outnumbered, and survived?

Some Cynical Asshole

@MadGameBoy instantly thought the same thing when I saw the comment.

@Nick earlier in the movie they are outnumbered 10 to 1 from the blanks and they still won so I think he is okay

I love that it ends this way, the heroes just fucked everything up. Don't normally see that.

Not enough appreciation for the incredible irony of the ending. Remarkable film.

@Spenser Farman look around you, we're already being pushed into robot versions of ourselves.

Spenser Farman

Honestly, I don’t think most of humanity would accept being converted into robot versions of themselves, even if it offered them the chance to be young again. I’d think elderly people with not much time left would accept it, but most others don’t want to be reminded of bad experiences in their pasts and having an eternally youthful appearance would probably just make them regret converting. Gary and his buds might have had a hand in causing the old world to end, but it also kind of forced people to not cause any more harm to the planet as well. No more factories means no more air and water pollution, no plastics means no thousands of tons of non-recyclable materials piling up everywhere, gas guzzlers and cars that aren’t environmentally friendly don’t create smog, lumber mills no longer cut away hundreds of trees down to build useless developments and the planet now has all the time in the world to recover from what came before technology shut down. I’m not saying it was entirely a good thing that the world lost all use of technology, but it is a good thing that humanity was allowed to choose their fate and not be made to conform.
