The band’s sound has been described as alternative folk with some 60s pop and rock influence in there too.
The band first came to the attention of the Pure Tone record label after impressing talent scouts from the label at an audition in Pittsburgh.
They were signed to the label where they were assigned producer Brian Deck (Modest Mouse, Iron & Wine) to help compile their debut album. Josh was at this point relocated to various states and holed up in studios with Brian, where along with various session musicians they recorded a batch of songs for inclusion on the album.
The album was eventually released, using Josh's basement recordings and various studio recordings to make up a whole album.
Josh decided to disband the group soon after the album was released after artistic differences with the label.
He now plays with his new band Meeting Of Important People and plays bass for Lohio.

The You Lyrics
Some people live for a thrill
How are we to know what's real
Cos' we all wanna feel something
Even if what we're doing is wrong
When he saw you walk in the room
You became his target
His eyes they were glued to you
And you smiled because you knew
So you left your friends in the dust
Rushing to make a mistake
Cos' to him it was just a moment of lust
Oh no this can't be right
You thought it wouldn't be just tonight
But just before you left he said
Please adjust your dress before leaving
Oh no this can't be right
You were just the girl of the night
Repeating in your head what he said
Please adjust your dress before leaving
Maybe you thought you'd look cool
Now you feel like the fool
But you'd rather feel hurt
Than nothing at all
When he saw you walk in the room
You we're nothing but a target
His mind it degraded you
And you were clueless to his moves
He knew his actions were unjust
But you knew from the start
He wasn't someone you could trust
Oh no this can't be right
You thought it wouldn't be just tonight
But just before you left he said
Please adjust your dress before leaving
Oh no this can't be right
You were just the girl of the night
Repeating in your head what he said
Please adjust your dress before leaving
He weaved his web of lies
And you walked into it
Please adjust your dress
Running through your head
Ah shit
Some people live for a thrill
How are we to know what's real
Can't believe he said
Please adjust your dress before leaving
How are we to know what's real
Cos' we all wanna feel something
Even if what we're doing is wrong
When he saw you walk in the room
You became his target
His eyes they were glued to you
