2) Experimental Noise duo from Mid City, Los Angeles. They use heavily effected samples, headphones as microphones, guitars, loops, delays, tremolos, et cetera, to make some of the dirtiest underground psychedelic noise LA has seen yet.

Loved this band but my album cover was slightly different. Same band shot. No window. Sky blue border down one side with the band and album name. Not that I'm into those sorts of things anymore now but, yeah, maybe it was the French release or some such. Get both LPs up anywhere as MP3s. I'd buy again.
